Password Manager - Changing Your Password via Password Manager

Note: The steps below apply if you need to reset your password and you know what your previous password was. If you do not remember your password,
refer to the article
“Resetting a Forgotten Password via Password Manager”


Visit the URL https://ramslock.newcanaan.k12.ct.us

Enter your network username and password in the fields below and click “Login”

 

 

Enter your old password, followed by the new password you would like to use. Click “OK”

You should see the following screen. You network password has been
updated as well as your Google Apps account password

 

If your password recently expired and you reset your password via the prior steps, you will see the following screen. You can close out of this screen. If you click “Click here to continue”, it will take you back to the password reset screen. You do not need to reset your password again

 

 

Note:

 After changing your password you will need to log off and back on to your district managed machine while connectd to the network in order for it to update with your new password
